As mentioned in a previous post the generic effexor that I was taken was suddenly being managed by a different company and it turns out the med is not quite the same as my depression began to take off again. Long story short I saw my mental health doctor and the decision was made to go from 150mg Effexor to 50mg of Pristiq. I have never been on this particular med and I was warned about brain zaps for the first couple of days due to Effexor withdrawal but since Pristiq is close to the makeup of Effexor hopefully the withdrawal will soon past. So now my brain gets to adjust to another new med which is never fun. My Seroquel dose was played with as my sleeping ability has been interrupted so by changing the times it may help

30mg of Temazepam
