The Christmas season is suppose to be a wonderful time of year full of friends and family but unfortunately it tends to be incredibly stressful which leads to the notion of Christmas suicides. The truth in the matter is that there is no more suicides around Christmas than any other time of the year or for that matter any other holiday. People believe that the number of suicides jump around Christmas but this is a urban legend if you will. Do not get me wrong there are a number of suicides around Christmas time but then again somewhere somebody who is incredible pain takes the wrong way out every single day of the year. Do me a favor this Christmas season and reach out to all of your friends and tell them what they mean to you. This simple gift means more to people than the latest techno gizmo.
